Dan specializes in complex business litigation, with an emphasis on intellectual property litigation. He has represented clients from a variety of industries in federal trial and appellate courts across the country, including courts throughout California, New York, Delaware, and Texas.  Dan was named a Super Lawyers Southern California “Rising Star” every year from 2014 to 2024.
