Dorian is a litigator, with an emphasis on intellectual property and class actions.  He has represented clients in federal trial courts and appellate courts across the country, including the patent-heavy courts in the District of Delaware and the Eastern District of Texas.  Prior to law school, Dorian worked at Microsoft.  Dorian is on the leadership board of Lambda Legal and was named a Super Lawyers Southern California “Rising Star” every year from 2014 to 2019.  In 2015 and 2016 Dorian was named one of the top 100 lawyers under 40 in the Super Lawyers Up-and-Coming Southern California List.
