Erin represents clients in high-stakes commercial disputes with a specialization in intellectual property litigation.  Prior to joining Berger & Hipskind she was a partner at Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP.  She has obtained multi-million dollar verdicts for her clients in state and federal courts.
